Honorable the Supreme Court has ruled that holders of the CMS & ED Diploma can use Primary Health Care treatment options for patients. This cms & ed course is conducted by Sangai International University UGC Recognised Manipur through External mode. By a decision of the Honorable High Court, After a diploma, you can work as a primary health worker and you can prescribe general allopathic medicine. You can do a cms & ed course in your region. After completion of the CMS & ED diploma course, you can provide primary health care and services in rural areas & can use general allopathy medicines for the patients.
